 Cabernet Sauvignon

2003 & 2004

 

These are big, bold, exciting wines.  Don’t be afraid to match either of these wines with intense meat dishes or rich sauces.  You haven’t lived until you have “Steak au Poivre” with our Cab Sauv!  It is always a hard decision of whether to use all of the Cab Sauv for the Paden’s Patch Red or continue to bottle a stand alone Cab Sauv.  But we feel it is a disservice to all if we don’t save some of our knockout Cab for a separate offering.

Cabernet Franc - 2003

 

You don’t see Cab Franc bottled by itself very often.  Take advantage of this opportunity to experience a super wine. This Cab Franc is a complex wine with multiple layers of dark chocolate cherry, and allspice.  We just had a bottle last week with chocolate covered pomegranate seeds and it was “to die for”!

 

Because of a light 2004 harvest, most of the grapes from that vintage went to Simi and the Paden’s Patch blend.  There is no 2004 vintage.  The 2005 is awesome!

Viognier—2008    Futures Available!

This is the consummate summer wine!  Great with all your summer favorites!  For the first time ever we are making our upcoming 2008 vintage available pre-bottling.  Our Viognier has been such a hit that we sell out almost immediately.  Reserve some now before the big rush and take advantage of our vintage closeout sale at the same time.

The 2008 vintage will be bottled and shipped in August.
